The post of Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, is the Senior Grade-II Judicial Officer in the District. He is the principal officer of the DLSA, who is the custodian of all assets and liabilities and has the sole authority in DLSA to make proposal of all expenditure bills, programmes for approval of the Chairman. He is not only the custodian of all properties of the DLSA but also he has to maintain the proper accounts of the DLSA.
